Larry comes to our practice with a talent for ensuring the successful performance of our most important resource - our people. Capitalizing on the experience he gained during a twenty-year career in the US Air Force, Larry became an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, a high-technology management and consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. area. He consulted with a variety of clients on human performance improvement issues ranging from large-scale implementation of technology to general business process reengineering.

During his years at Booz Allen, Larry discovered a shortfall in the approach most organizations take to effectively managing intellectual capital. Great effort is expended in mining and warehousing data but how to use it effectively remains a mystery in many organizations. The concept he developed addresses the capture and distribution of an organization’s intellectual capital. Applying this concept improves the performance of existing workers and markedly decreases ramp-up time of new employees. This concept provides what workers need, when they need it and in the most useable form. This approach virtually guarantees task performance success, which is critical to any successful enterprise.

In addition to an associate’s degree in communications processing management from the Community College of the Air Force, Larry earned a BS in business and management from the University of Maryland and an MS in applied behavioral science with a concentration in human resource development from the Johns Hopkins University. Larry keeps his facilitation skills sharp as an instructor for University of Phoenix. He facilitates both graduate and undergraduate courses for working adults in leadership, organizational behavior, management, human resources and critical thinking.

Larry brings exceptional talent, skills and abilities to our associate Team.
