Dr. Patricia A. D’Urso

Dr. D’Urso is a highly credentialed, well respected member of the CMA Consulting Team. She serves on the faculty with University of Phoenix, Walden University and Grand Canyon University and owns D’Urso Consultancy – a management/leadership focused organization.

Pat was the Director of Academic Affairs (DAA) and a Campus College Chair (CCC) for a well-known for-profit school and still works with them mentoring and chairing doctoral committees and teaching doctoral courses.

She also chairs doctoral committees and teaches doctoral courses for Walden and GCU. She held senior Human Resource positions, the last one with Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals in Tampa. Pat comments: “I have had the privilege of teaching at several major universities in this country,” Cornell, SUNY, University of South Florida…to name a few. In addition to her responsibilities at the universities, Pat consults with prominent, large corporations throughout the year, and occasionally presents business development seminars in the community. Additionally, she serves as a "methodologist" for doctoral learners.

Pat earned a Ph.D., in Adult Education with a cognate in research and measurement (stats) at the University of South Florida. She earned a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Penn State, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with an economics minor from the State University of New York at Cortland. She holds a Supervision Certification from Cornell University, a "Green Belt" in Six Sigma from Villanova University and has completed the course work for the Black Belt certification through the American Society of Quality. Pat also holds a mortgage broker’s license in the State of Florida. And, Pat completed a second masters: the Master’s of Science in Psychology, conferred July, 2011.


She is a valuable asset to the CMA organization.
