Dr. Patricia A. D’Urso



Dr. D’Urso is a highly credentialed, well respected member of the CMA Consulting Team. She serves on the faculty with University of Phoenix, Walden University and Grand Canyon University and owns D’Urso Consultancy – a management/leadership focused organization.


Pat was the Director of Academic Affairs (DAA) and a Campus College Chair (CCC) for a well-known for-profit school and still works with them mentoring and chairing doctoral committees and teaching doctoral courses.

Les Colegrove

Les has a broad range of skills and experiences dealing with organizational and leadership issues that combine with a proven track record of providing for fair and equal treatment for each and every employee within an organization. During military and corporate management careers that were steeped in leadership and integrity, Les gained over 20 years of experience as a professional leader, providing vision, direction and leadership to large numbers of people and conducting leadership and motivational training in the workplace and in the classroom.

Dr. Bob McMorine

Bob brings an unusual set of credentials, capacities and abilities to Colegrove Management Associates. Dr. McMorine has provided 30+ years of leadership, management and professional expertise in business, the military and in professional medical matters. After hearing of our program, he independently asked us to consider him as one of our associates. Bob has assets few can provide.

Richard A. White

Richard has over thirty years of experience in management, leadership development, organizational consulting, as well as training in military, corporate, and business environments. He held leadership positions in corporations and the military involving executive development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. The successful entities that he has worked with include military units in combat, training, and simulation environments; extensive work with process performance of “battle” staffs; advanced development projects in major defense industries; and in small businesses, developing new and innovative products and technologies under the Federal Small Business Innovation Research Program.

Larry Harrison

Larry comes to our practice with a talent for ensuring the successful performance of our most important resource – our people. Capitalizing on the experience he gained during a twenty-year career in the US Air Force, Larry became an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, a high-technology management and consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. area. He consulted with a variety of clients on human performance improvement issues ranging from large-scale implementation of technology to general business process reengineering.

Guy Stone

Guy brings to CMA over 30 years of management and leadership experience that includes both public and private sector assignments in operations, management, human resources, marketing, sales, training, organizational development, and higher education. He recently worked as the Chief Operations Officer for the Global Institute for Financial and Educational Services, an e-learning and marketing consulting company servicing global markets.
